Important Exclusions

- No written reports – recommendations provided verbally
- Any additional work will be quoted separately
- Service strictly limited to 30 minutes; additional time charged at standard rates (with approval)

Offer Overview
The FREE Winter-Warmth Home Check is a complimentary 30-minute, non-invasive home safety and efficiency review, subject to availability.
Eligibility
- Available to privately owned residential properties only
- Excludes strata, rental, real estate-managed, and commercial properties
- Limited to one (1) service per household
- Not transferable to other customers or properties, or redeemable for cash or refund
Booking Requirements
- Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to technician availability
- The homeowner or authorised decision-maker must be present at the time of service
- Service is non-urgent and may be rescheduled during peak or emergency periods
Scope of Service
The check is limited to a visual and advisory assessment only, which may include:
- Visual inspection of accessible smoke alarms
- General visual review of hot water system condition and capacity
- Basic assessment of heating systems and efficiency
- Visual check of internal and external lighting
- General energy efficiency and safety recommendations
Findings and recommendations will be provided verbally at the time of service.
Time Limitation
- Service is strictly limited to 30 minutes from arrival
- Any additional time, investigation, or works requested will be quoted and charged at standard rates, with customer approval required prior to proceeding
Exclusions
The FREE Home Check does not include:
- Repairs, servicing, maintenance, or installation works
- Supply of parts, materials, or replacement equipment
- Detailed diagnostics, fault finding, or system testing
- Electrical testing beyond basic visual checks (e.g. RCD testing, thermal imaging)
- Plumbing diagnostics, pressure testing, or internal system investigation
- Access to roof cavities, subfloors, confined, obstructed, or unsafe areas
- Dismantling, removal, or alteration of fixtures, fittings, or systems
- Compliance certification, written reports, or formal documentation
Any recommended works will be quoted separately.
Access & Safety
- Service is limited to safe, accessible areas only
- Technicians may refuse or modify the service if conditions are unsafe or access is restricted
- No responsibility is accepted for pre-existing faults or inaccessible areas
Limitations of Service
- This is a general advisory service only and does not constitute a full inspection or compliance check
- No guarantee is provided that all faults, hazards, or inefficiencies will be identified
